SOB is a locally owned family restaurant.  We opened in February 2020 at 612 4th St. in Peru. Our location is the site of the former Amici Ristorante.

SOB strives to be the Illinois Valley’s predominate destination for sushi and the home of the best burger in the area. We carry AAA grade sashimi sushi fish that is sustainably harvested and always wild-caught (not farm raised). Our burgers are a custom blend of  100% beef brisket, short-rib, and chuck, with no fillers of any kind. Quality ingredients are the cornerstone of all our dishes; we believe passionately in providing only what we can be proud to serve you!

We will challenge our competitors by exceeding standards of customer service, quality and consistency in food and beverage presentation, and a sexy, unique atmosphere that makes our guests loyal regulars.
